    Hi RM5373 basket6mom,

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

We understand that you are having trouble with the Roku channel. We would be happy to look further into this issue, but we will need more detailed information. Can you please provide us with the following information:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
    • When did you start seeing this issue occur?

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

    Best regards,

    Chel

        Hi Missozark,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community!

We would like to help you with this. Could you please tell us more about the issue you're having? Does the issue only happen with The Roku channel on your Roku streaming device and on your iPad? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The information you provide would better help us understand the issue.

        All the best,
        Kash,
