My Roku box will not activate

My Roku box will not activate I have put my email in proven I have an account but it keeps saying wait 30 minutes it will not let me activate it will not let me go to any of the channels it just stays on the screen check email and I've done the process with the email four times

    • Have you attempted to activate the device with a different email address?
    • Have you attempted to see if there is a change by factory resetting the device and then attempting again?
