My Remote Is Non-Responsive

  • I’ve replaced the batteries in my remote and tried the pairing actions but the light won’t come on to pair or like it’s attempting to. Nothing is working. Do I need to just get a new remote. The remote through my phone is working just fine. But the physical remote isn’t working at all.
