My onn Roku Tv is stuck on reboot loop

My Onn Roku tv has randomly started to turn on and off. I've unplugged (left it unplugged for at least 5 mins each time) and plugged the tv and switched outlets but it keeps doing the same thing. The only screen i see it the Onn Roku with the blue backdrop and it stays on for a few seconds before it cuts off and does the same thing again.  

How do i fix this????

    In this case, kindly provide us with the following information so we can include your device in the process of investigation:
    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
