My new Roku won’t go past the update part
My new Roku keeps making it to the update part to restart then start all over again and won’t go past the update

Just to verify, what Roku model device are you using? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify) In addition, have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
