My control is faulty because is missing some bottoms
My control arrived at the house defective. The control does not have the volume button and it does not have the turn off and on button either.

If you bought a cheaper model of Roku that only comes with an IR remote, right there is no tv controls on simple IR remote. Only wifi voice remotes have that feature.
