My 4k+ remote will not pair with remote
I bought a Roku 4k streaming stick and it will not pair with the remote. It’s been over a week of trying different troubleshooting from online and NOTHING! It’s connected to a INSIGNIA TV that’s connected online
The model number is much better than the model name (which gets used over and over on different models), but I'll assume you're speaking of this one. Are you using the USB cable that came with it? It won't work without the Wi-Fi receiver in the cable. Also, unscrupulous people have been know to buy and return a stick after swapping out the cable.
