Multiple Roku's - One Master unit, others sync'ed

Hey guys,

I have a room with 5 Tv's and 5 Roku's.   Is there a way to just remote control one of them, and have the others sync (and play) what the first one sees?   Looking to minimize on the Bandwidth drain, and also ease of use by just using One device to then be seen everywhere.

Thanks for your input and wisdom,

CS

Easiest method is to use a HDMI splitter.

    https://www.amazon.com/5-way-hdmi-splitter/s?k=5+way+hdmi+splitter

Many higher outputs available,  ie. 5 way, 8 way, 10 way splitters.

Gets much more expensive, but there are also wireless HDMI splitters as well.

I think I would also consider using a laptop/mobile device etc, and just mirror/cast the content to your Roku devices if a wired scenario is impractical. (should be pretty close synching especially with live content).

Your desire to control all Rokus with a single remote would still result in each Roku pulling in its own stream and would not save bandwidth.

Agree with AvsGunnar's HDMI splitter suggestion, going straight into each TV.

HDMI output from one Roku >> HDMI splitter >> HDMI inputs on multiple TVs.

This is not without complications, especially if the various TVs have different resolutions and support different options (Dolby, refresh rate, etc.)
