Model 58r6+ isn't recognizing my Sony DVD player model bdp-s6700

Question

I have changed ports, got a new HDMI cable, unplugged/plugged up, done everything I have read/watched for troubleshooting. All I get is "no signal (is it on?) And yes it is on. Both tv and player were bought in the last year at different times. What am I missing or what else can I try? Are they compatible?

I believe that's a Hisense TV.&nbsp; When I searched for the model number one of the first links that popped up was from someone that couldn't get anything to work in the HDMI ports.&nbsp; Have you tried contacting Hisense?Where can I get support for my Roku TV™? | Official Roku Support
