Missing apps on roku and still need help

  • This morning all my apps were there. Then this afternoon all apps are gone but a few....I've added a few back after having to type the names in search box because they are not in there unless you search for them. Then a few still do not show up and have to search to open the app. SERIOUSLY IT WASNT BROKE AND NOW ROKU SCREWS IT UP.  Update???? Can't you text or send an email???? My mom has same issue with hers. Inconvenience at its finest.

    Thanks for letting us know about this issue you had with the missing apps. We're happy to help. Please try to restart your Roku device by going to settings, system, power, and system restart. (If there is no power option, proceed to the next steps.)

      It did it again today. This is getting ridiculous...what are you changing again Roku....maybe going to smart TV with no roku
