Mirroring my new iPhone. Forgot password for Roku tv

I’m trying to mirror my new iPhone to my Roku tv. It is asking for my Roku password. I forgot it. How can I get the password?

    I'm not familiar with mirroring or anything Apple, but there's a "Forgot password" option when you try to log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com if that's the issue.
