microphone remote mandate

As of 4/25/25 roku now forces EVERYONE to have microphones in their homes on their remotes. U contacted customer service and this was their direct answer. There was absolutely 00 notice about this. Found out, out of the blue. Customer service was absolutely NO help what so ever. I have been a customer over 10 years. Purchased rokus for people and talked people into roku over firestick. Asked if they were going to supply those in my situation with new remotes and was told they will do no such thing. If this problem will not be solved I will be going to firestick and telling everyone to no waste their money on roku and 101 reasons to buy a firestick
