How to get two separate devices (TV’s) on the same wifi network but 2 different accounts with different email accounts. How to merge into one account.

The only way to change the Roku account a device is linked to is to factory reset it, so you'll have to do that with one of the devices.  There's no way to merge two accounts.  You'll want to cancel any subscriptions you have through Roku for the account of the one you factory reset and maybe close the account if you don't plan on using it again.

Actually, that's not true. If you have two Roku devices on two separate Roku accounts, you do not have to factory reset either of your devices. Since each device can only be linked to one Roku account at one time, you just have to decide which account you'd like to keep, delete your other account, then add the device that was on your deleted account to the account you decided to keep. I just went through this with my two devices. Somehow mine ended up on two different accounts and it took me forever to figure out how to get them onto a single account. I did not have to factory reset the device at all. I just added it to the account I was keeping, once I deleted the account it had been on. Once it was no longer on an account, it was free to be added to my other account.
