Menu Options on Home Screen disappeared

The menu on the left side of the Home Screen has changed and now shows only:

Home

Roku Dynamic Menu

Streaming Channels

Settings

I’m also unable to open Roku Live TV. Is Roku down, or has something happened to my Roku TV?

    We will be delighted to assist you further with this concern you have had with the menu options on your home screen since they disappeared.

    Use the instructions below to hide or show tile shortcuts in your channel grid.

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select Home screen.
    4. Select Shortcuts.
    5. Scroll to the desired shortcuts.
    6. Press OK on your Roku remote to hide (Unchecked) or show (Checked) the shortcut.

    Please try doing this, and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
