We understand that you're having trouble with the cover art display when streaming through Media Player. We're here to investigate this issue more closely.
Please let us know about...
- When did you first notice this issue?
- What device is affected by this issue?
- Did you receive any recent updates? If so, can you please provide the latest software version for your Roku? It can be found in Settings > System > About.
- A sample photo of the incident.
In the meantime, if you haven't tried any troubleshooting steps, we suggest following the steps below to see if they resolve the issue.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
If the issue persists, please get back to us and let us know more about your device details:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- A short video clip of this issue.

We’d like to add a question regarding the media player issue you're experiencing on your Roku device. Aside from the follow-up question that @RokuEmmanuel-D mentioned, we would also like to know what is the error code that appears on your TV screen?
