LT-58MAW705 Won't Go Past Roku TV screen

Have a JVC 58" Roku TV that won't go past the Roku TV screen. Tried all the resets. No luck. Even tried direct plug in to an outlet. Anyone had this issue and know what part I need to replace? Only had this thing a few years. Don't want to toss it. If I have to, won't be buying a JVC.
