Low Internet speed on the Roku devices

I'm told by my Internet provider that my speed is what it is supposed to be but both of my Roku players are experiencing low speed issues.

My laptop and phone are working fine but the Roku devices are not working correctly.

  • I'm able to stream directly on my smart TV and smart phone and laptop but not either Roku products

    Some info that could help someone help you:  Ethernet or Wi-Fi? What band of Wi-Fi? What numbers are reported by Roku speed tests? What channel/apps are being used? What are the roku model numbers (the 4-digit model number tells us much more than a name.)
