My roku remote was accidentally thrown away. We found it but now it won't work. So we were just using the app on our phones. Last night my boyfriend was tired of the buffering and without thinking reset the network in settings and now we lost a way to control the roku. The app says device isn't connected. Help!!!
You need a physical remote to get it reconnected to your network. What's happening with the remote? Have you tried pairing it again?

Unfortunately, only Roku voice remotes work with sticks.
