Lost remote and accidentally factory reset

We lost our remote and have been using a phone. But the tv was accidentally reset to factory settings. Is there a remote we can buy to navigate it and reconnect to internet etc? I’ve bought two off of Amazon and they would not connect. Thanks

    If you want a Roku remote, you either need a Voice Remote or one from the TV's manufacturer (Hisense, TCL, onn, etc.).  However, many cheap universal remotes support Roku TVs.  Just make sure it specifically says it supports "Roku TVs" and not just Roku devices.  No Roku "simple" remote supports Roku TVs.
