Login failure on a laptop allways happening, and for some reason I have to have a long title for to

Why do I have to login every day. I check remember me but for some reason Roku site keeps requesting a new login? It wouldn't be so bad but that stupid double verification process makes it troublesome for a laptop user.

    "Remember me" has never worked; I'm not sure why it's even there.  I tend to have to log in every time I visit the "community" which is way too often.
