Logging out of another families Disney+ that I used to share with

I used to share a Disney+ with my exes family, but I don’t know how to logout of their account on my new Roku. I already tried the factory reset, and it is still logged into theirs. I’m wanting to login to my own account.

    While viewing the channel:

    • If necessary  press BACK button to access left side menu.
    • Click on ACCOUNT at bottom of menu.
    • Click on LogOut.

    Now log back in using YOUR account credentials.
