LG to Roku control TV volume

Still SO frustrating...following the instructions and it just does not work but I've had many other rokus on many other TVs. You would think this shouldn't be so difficult.

    Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.

    I understand that you are having issues with controlling your Roku device using an LG remote, and I'm here to help.

    Here's a solution:

    1. Go to: Settings > System > Advanced System Settings
    2. Select: Control by mobile apps
    3. Change "Network Access" to "Enabled"

    Once this has been performed, you should be able to control the commands on your LG remote to your Roku device.
