I’m experiencing the same thing. It installs the updates, everything seems to install correctly, but the update doesn’t take. Still shows the old software and then repeats itself

We want to look into your issue more closely. Can you please provide the following information?
- Are you getting any error messages or codes?
- Roku device info (Settings> System> About)
- Tracker ID and GC ID (Press Home 5x, Back 5x, then share the ID with us.)
