JVC Roku tv factory resets by itself

My JVC Roku tv just came on and it said “Roku tv” on it and it was strange because it only did this when you first get the tv. I pressed ok on my remote and it started taking me through the whole setup process as if I just bought it. Confused I tried to system reset it and that didn’t work instead it started me over again from the set up process. I have lost all of my accounts, passwords, and payment information on this account. I am worried that my information has been lost. Please tell me how to get my information and channels back. 
ps: I tried to just redownload all the channels and themes back on it but it said “not enough space”. How can it not be enough space if it has been restarted?

    Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
