Thanks for informing us about the issue you're experiencing with your JVC Roku TV's airplay feature. We understand how inconvenient this is and we are more than willing to help you sort things out.
To help us look into this closely, could you provide the following information below?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- iPhone Model and iOS version
