IUsed Roku tv not my email address so therefore I don’t have the pin to add more featuresol

I have a hitachi Roku tv I bought it used at a pawn shop my problem is there’s an email address not mine and I can not add more features to the tv because I don’t have the pin I don’t want to lose what has already been added to the tv I have a lot of great apps that are not of Roku I don’t know if they can be saved or is there a way to go around it without me losing what I have ? I’m not computer literate . Can anyone help me?
