Issues with xfinity and roku volume and being out of sync

I continue to have issues with xfinity stream and roku with volume control (volume goes up and down alone) and the audio being out of sync.  I was reading through the forums and saw that one thread was closed indicating this has been resolved, yet it does not show how to resolve it.  Is there a resolution for this issue?

    It might help to link to the thread.  Usually “solved” a thread has a post with a green background that says what the “solution” is.  (Although sometimes the “solution” is merely something like: You’ll have to contact the content provider about that because it’s not our app.)
