Issue with connecting Google Home to the Roku mobile App

I got a Roku TV and was able to set it up properly and was also able to connect(Link) it up with Google Home and Alexa and all was working fine.  About a month ago I noticed that the Google Home or Alexa connect was not working so I tried to relink it to connect it to google Home again.  I followed all the instructions to link a Device to google home and then when it try's to Link to google Home I get this error Message"  No compatible devices found in Roku Account"                            1.Roku App and Google Home on same WYFY

2. Latest Roku App software Installed

3.  When I look at MY Roku account on line, I see the ROKU TV listed there

4.  Uninstalled and reinstalled ROKU app

5. Reset the TV

6.  Restarted Modem

7.  Roku App will control TV so I know it is connected to ROKU App.  I see the Roku TV listed when I hit the "Devices" Button on the Roku App.

8.  When I hit the button on the Roku App for "Account" and then I hit the button for "Devices in Account"   I get the Message that Says" No Devices (yet)".  I have to hit the button about 20 different times and then the ROKU device will show up  but then I to hit it again , It does not show up again.  It is not consistent, I do not see the Devices in the Roku Account show up all the time.  I believe this might be why I can not  Link to Google Home properly

9.  Nothing New has been added and Modem is the same modem that was working originally with Google Home

10.  I also see from my google page  that the ROKU device is linked, so it does link, but I can not see any devices in the account so it will not complete the Link process entirely for to use it with Google Home.

Please Help.

Below is the Information that is requested:  However, the issue I am having is not that I am not Detecting a device on the ROKU app, I do detect a device in the App. I am having an issue with connecting My Roku device to Google Home.   When I try to connect to Google Home and I try to Link Google home to the Roku, I get this Error message: "No compatible devices were found in your Roku account".  When I look at the Roku App under the "Account" Page and then I look at "Devices in Account" page: I do not see any Devices listed, I get this message " No devices Yet". I must click that page "Devices in Account” multiple times before I see a Roku device but when I click it again after I see the device show up, the device is not there. I got the message "No devices yet" again.  I have the latest Google Home App installed and have uninstalled the App and reinstalled the App.  I also have rebooted my router and the TV and still get the same results.

I have been experiencing the same issue with an Onn Roku TV. I have other roku devices that are able to connect (TCL Tvs), but the Onn, several months ago, just stopped connecting to google home. I've tried all the typical solutions (factory reset, reset modem, etc).
