Is there a way to disable the prompt that reads: Setup Live TV Pause?

I don't have or want Live TV Pause.  I do not have a flash drive plugged in to my 50" TCL ROKU TV.  I am using the official ROKU app from the Google Play Store because it offers the bluetooth private listening.  But something/somewhere is triggering the 'Setup Live TV Pause' message to appear during an alarm or incoming/outgoing phone call.  I've uninstalled/installed the app and scoured all the settings, but I must be overlooking something that is triggering this message.  Of course I hit 'cancel' and it goes away...only to return.  Not the end of the world, but still annoying.  All advice appreciated.

    • Could you share with us a video clip or photo?
    • When did the issue start?
    • Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
