Wondering if it is possible to delete select photos from my Photostream slide show or do I have to delete the entire Photostream and create a new one?

there's no option to delete specific photos from the Roku PhotoStream screensaver. You'll need to remove the entire PhotoStream and set up a new one if you'd like to exclude certain images

Yes there is. See the reply above by RokuEmmanuel-D. It works for me.
Alternately, after clicking on the album you want to edit, scroll down and click the "View all photos" button. Each will be shown with a delete (trashcan) icon you can click to remove the picture file.
