Is the Action Smoothing Option has been removed?
I no longer have the option to turn off action smoothing after factory reset.
I have a 55 inch sharp TV

To disable this feature:
- Start playing a movie or show on your Roku TV.
- Press the * (Star) button on your Roku remote to open the Options menu.
- Navigate to Picture Settings > Advanced Picture Settings.
- Locate Action Smoothing and set it to Off.

You can change or adjust the Action Smoothing, Action Clarity, and LED Motion Clarity settings in the Expert settings menu. If you don't see an option there, it just means your TV doesn’t support that feature.
- Start playing a movie or TV show on your TV
- Press Star on your Roku remote
- Select Picture settings
- Select Customize Picture Mode
- Select Expert settings
- Change the Action Smoothing, Action Clarity, or LED Motion Clarity option using the left and right buttons on the directional pad
