Please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, could you specify when the issue occurred—was it before or after the update? Kindly provide the software version of your Roku device, which you can find under Settings > System > About. When you encounter the issue, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with the Tracker ID.

We had the same problem. We took our Roku streaming stick out, and let it cool down — even putting it briefly in the freezer. Then it worked perfectly. This overheating is ironic because we just changed from the Roku 4K device to the streaming stick because the device constantly overheated and stopped functioning. We were hoping for a better experience but haven’t found it.

Roku has failed (horribly) on delivering support for Airplay
why state you have this feature if it doesnt work?
i have samsung tvs in my home that work without issue Why cant Roku be the same ??
this is frustrating Just either fix it or remove the feature
Also, if you cant fix it, fire the engineers that worked on this because they are in competent
