Internet not listed in drop down menu
I have tried to add Hallmark TV and History Channel. And they both have asked me about my internet provider. And when I open the drop down menu I do not find my internet Provider in the list therefor...

I have t-internet wifi and I have the same problem .I need help.
If you have the same problem, then you need to enter your TV provider. TV channels don’t really care about internet providers. They just want to make sure you are currently paying for their programming in your TV package. Many channels still don’t want to bother with charging individual customers a monthly fee – they prefer one big fee from a TV provider who already has millions of customers and is already providing customer service for billing issues etc.
