Internet collects but says no connection, Roku TV

Hi there,

I have been using my Roku TV for over a year and have had no issues with it. I recently moved and am trying to use it in my new apartment. I have connected to the Wi-Fi, and the TV confirms this, but when I try to use any application, I am told I have no connection. Could I please have some help with this?

    Settings > Network > Check connection - do you get green checkmarks on all 3 items?

    When you return to the Network page, what Download speed does it report?
