Intermittent remote with pauses of videos and muting
My remote is having problems with pausing videos and sometimes trying to mute the volume.
Also I noticed that this thing eats up the battery. The new batteries were just put in about 2 weeks ago and now there are down to 71 percent.

Battery life will vary based on usage. For normal use, the remote batteries may last two months or longer. Does your Roku remote support private listening? This may also be one factor for the battery drain.
