Im trying to set up my roku to a new wifi network with no remote

I'm trying to set up my roku express with no remote to a new wifi network

    Can't be done.  Either configure your new Wi-Fi to match the network the Roku device last connected to (same SSID/network name and password) or get a physical remote.
