We'd love to investigate this issue further. Is your Roku device or TV connected to the same wireless home network as your phone?
Please be advised that to use the Roku mobile app to connect to your Roku device or TV, you must connect your mobile device to the same wireless network as your Roku device. Some mobile app features are not supported on all Roku devices.
