I lost my Roku remote and have new Wi-Fi

I have been using my phone as a remote through the app for almost three years now. I just recently got new Wi-Fi and I just realized that I have absolutely no way to connect my tv to the new Wi-Fi. Is there any way to do this with the buttons on the side of the tv, or through my phone??

    Do you remember the SSID (network name) and password of the old network?  If so, then there's some hope, but there's no way to do it using the buttons on the TV.  If not, then the easiest thing to do is to go to Walmart, Target, etc. and pick up a Roku Voice Remote or a universal remote that supports Roku TVs.
