Ido not have a remote connected to my TV and can not get into its settings how can I use the remote app from the play store to turn on my tv and use it til I can get this new remote connected to it or how do I connect the new remote?
If your TV isn't connected to your network you'll need a physical remote to get it connected. You can't use the mobile app until it's connected. Many universal remotes support Roku TVs.
