I have an ONN Roku TV and get a black screen on all the apps

I have a 70in ONN Roku TV that’s only 2 years old that started doing the black screen about a month ago. I don’t have cable and only use WiFi for streaming. There is nothing plugged into the TV at all. The only cord used is the power cord. I have tried unplugging the TV, I’ve done a factory reset, I’ve tried power cycles, nothing has helped. It happens on all the apps that I stream on, Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Apple, etc. I am very upset that I paid this much money for a TV and 2 years later have to replace it. After seeing the other reviews, it appears it’s  a manufacturing issue. I have to power down the TV for several hours before the screen will work again and once the TV has been in operation for a few hours, the screen will go black. I can power off and resume programming again but it will go black again and again and the time between the blackouts gets closer and closer together until I finally have to just wait several hours again. This is frustrating.

Seeing this as a hardware issue, it would be best to contact Onn's support directly and let them know about the issue you've encountered. Roku TV manufacturers provide direct support with their TV models, especially with any hardware-related issues. You will be provided with support and workaround in resolving the issue at hand.

You can reach them at Onn Support

We hope this will be sorted out soon.

    Best wishes,
    Kash
