Roku Community Team Someone logged in as a g guest I put a pin in and log out and all I do is go back to the red screen try to reboot it factory set it and it's not working what am I doing wrong if I'm plugged it put it in different plugins trying to re factory reset it nothing's working what am I doing wrong help please
