I can't read anything on the bottom of a video on Youtube when I pause it

Like when I try to pause to read what's on the screen or to read the caption Roku dims the image and covers the bottom of the screen and I can not read anything.

Any suggestions to solve the issue?

    If it only happens when you pause a Youtube video and doesn't happen in other channels/apps, then it's a Youtube issue only they can fix.
