I cannot get connected to my new server, AT&T.

I am changing from FIOS to AT&T, it says it is connected, but NOT.

    Hey Bonnie9,

I understand your connectivity issue. Please provide the following info:

    1. What is the signal strength you can see on the screen?
    2. Have you seen an error code when launching a channel?
    3. Ensure your router is working by connecting to another device, like a computer.

The wireless signal can weaken with distance and obstacles, so check tips to boost it.

    Thanks,

Server not new. My signal strength says excellent. I have the right password. Then error 014.4

  • Bonnie9Are you using AT&T modem/router and if so, do you know the login/password to access it? One of the primary issues with wireless connectivity is channel congestion. I'd recommend installing WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone. Once installed, open the app and take note of how many others use the same WiFi channel/band then log into the router and disable 'auto' from the channel selection feature and select a channel with less congestion. Auto selection for channels can create problems. Hope that helps
