Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Roku Community!
Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)

If you read my whole post, I stated that my Roku freezes up and I have to manually restart it. I have to restart it multiple times. I know how to reset from the menu and have tried that, when it's not frozen up. When frozen up, I can't do that, because it's frozen up. But that doesn't let me connect my Bluetooth. I'm running the latest updates on both my Roku and my computer.

- Brand, model, OS version of your Windows PC:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version (Settings > System > About)
