I can’t change TV brightness while in a movie.

I have always been able to push the * button on my Roku remote while in a movie and turn the brightness down really low. I was able to customize the brightness settings. Now when I push the * bottom on my remote nothing happens. We have tried several remotes and even the Roku remote app. Did something change?

    The brightness adjustment feature you used via the Roku remote may no longer be available due to recent updates or changes. Roku doesn’t typically offer brightness control during playback, so you might need to adjust settings directly on your TV. Try checking for any updates to your Roku or explore your TV's display settings for better control over brightness.
