How to fix: Remote batteries showing solid green light

My remote on my streaming stick quit working and I tried to re pair it. Now, when I put the batteries back in the green light in the battery compartment comes on solid and will not go off. I  have tried this several times with the same result. Please help.

I Love it when Corporate geeks are asked for an answer and they tell you to go somewhere else to find the answer instead of answering NOW....Roku devices are badly flawed and poorly designed at best...

        Best regards,
        Mary

  • Fixed all problems! I think fresh batteries are the key. Mine were only 2 months old. Do these remotes eat batteries?
