All the best,

I just bought a new Roku that I'm trying to connec to viasat Go wifi. I've already updated the roku, but the go wifi requires you to sign in to use the free version. Using the steps Roku has listed to connect to a "Hotel or dorm" doesn't work because there's no internet service until you sign in. If it won't connect, it's useless and I'll just return it.

Thanks for the post.
We're not quite familiar with that internet service. If you have already tried connecting with the Hotel & Dorm Connect feature and are unable to connect, have you already tried contacting the internet provider to see what insight they can provide?
Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,

Not sure if this is what you're talking about but here's what I did. I went to set up connection clicked on the Wi-Fi I wanted to use (which for me was the guest wifi at my apartment complex) from there I clicked on I'm at a hotel or college dorm. And then turned my wi-fi on my phone and connected to the DIRECT ROKU***** and from there it ask you to enter the password that it shows on the TV and from there it will allow u to sign in to the hotels wifi and it should be connected then. Hopefully
