Are you trying to connect your Roku TV to a public network or to a personal hotspot? Could you tell us more about the issue you're seeing and the steps to reproduce the issue?

This is an Xfinity hotspot that I’m referring to. The Roku tv prompts me to enter a user/pass combo for my personal hotspot but does not prompt me to enter user/pass for the Xfinity hotspot.

We appreciate the follow-up and the clarification of this issue.
We recommend reaching out directly to Xfinity. It may be possible that their hotspot isn't compatible with Roku devices.

This issue is not with xfinity it’s with roku and I would love for you to look into it bc it’s very inconvenient to use my Roku now. I’ve been connecting my hotspot using all my data to stream on roku while all my other devices connect to xfinitys network without issue. Let me know if anyone finds a solution!
