How to block Roku phone remotes?

The Roku app functions only when paired with the Roku device on the same network; thus, you must ensure they're not on the same network to turn off pairing. Also, you can try to uninstall the app to clear the cache on your mobile phone; this will disable your Roku app remote feature from accessing your device.
