How do I turn off the screen reader?

    Hi SHIPPJJ,

    We will be more than happy to assist you further. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll down and select Settings.
    3. Select Accessibility.
    4. Scroll down to Screen Reader.
    5. Select off.

    If the problem still persists, please let us know.
